A1 MERC-2 Mobile Emergency Response Center is a higly customizable Mobile Command Center designed to deliver mobile power, communication and workspace (office space) for emergency and disaster response units of all types. The MERC-2 Mobile Emergency Response Center is a modular light weight, dual axle bumper pull emergency response trailer specifically designed for the purpose 
of quickly establishing a mobile command station.
 The A1 MERC-2 Mobile Emergency Response Center includes all the equipment, design and technology features as standard to support a mobile command center deployment. The MERC-2 standard package includes a 12,000 watt  diesel generator, a 40 foot pneumatic mast, a 1.0 meter VSAT satellite dish with controller and modem, internal heating and cooling system, floor mounted 19 inch equipment rack, 24 gallon fuel tank, 4 leveling jacks, overhead storage compartments, and four internal work stations including wireless network access point and Wireless Phones.

Hosted Solution Options
Hosted VoIP and SIP:  A1 can provide both VoIP and SIP dial tone with DID numbers and unlimited long distance dialing. Local prefixes and 800 numbers 
can be provided upon request.
Hosted Mass Notification: IVR systems can provide notification services for emergency notification and information sharing in multiple formats.  Messages can be broadcast in voice, email, page format, and texting with validation steps to ensure call receipt confirmation.
Hosted Call Center:  A1 can provide hosted call center support for supporting remote call center agents during a call center host failure.
Satellite Network:  A1 works with multiple satellite network providers to offer network connectivity across a satellite link anywhere in the world.  All of A1's Hosted offers can be accessed through the satellite link.
Hosted WEB Sites and Email:  A1 can provide web site hosting for backup web services and backup email services that can be access during a disaster response.
Co-location Services:  A1 offers collocation services for critical services at both of our Network Operation Centers.
