Axis 211M 1.3 Megapixel Network Camera is a high performance, Professional Style Megapixel IP Security camera designed to produce High quality IP video Surveillance. The Axis 211M utilizes a 1.3 Megapixel sensor to deliver crystal clear HD images ideal for identification of person and objects. Furthermore the Axis 211M Megapixel Network IP Security Camera uses Progessive scan to capture each frame as a full image to produce a sharp and clear image every time; unlike interlaced methods which capture two frames and combine them into one which cuase motion distortion and blur.
The Axis 211M Megapixel IP Network Camera also offers advanced image processing and allows for Dual Streaming of Motion JPEG and MPEG-4 in full 1.3 Megapixel resolutions. These Streams can be optimized for image quality and bandwidth efficiency, by configuring the frame rate, resolution, compression level and format – offering up to 12 frames per second in full 1280x1024 resolution and 30fps in 800 x 600 resolution (partial scan). The Axis 211M Megapixel IP camera then adds further professional features such as DC Auto Iris Lens control giving the Lens the ability to automatically adjust to lighting conditions for optimal imagery, PoE Support for added convenience and simple installation of a single cable and Two Way Audio to both listen and even communicate with visitors or intruders in the Area.
The Axis 211M Megapixel IP Security Camera meets today's professional needs with Advanced Security and Network management. Axis 211M offers the highest degree of security by using multiple, password-protected user access levels, IP address filtering, HTTPS encryption and IEEE 802.1X network access control.IPv6 is supported in addition to IPv4, as insurance against the growing shortage of IP addresses, eliminating the need for network address translation and simplifying configuration. Network utilization is optimized with the support for Quality of Service (QoS), which enables reservation of network capacity
and prioritization of mission-critical surveillance in a QoS-aware network.
Powerful event Managment is achieved with the Axis 211M Megapixel Network Security Camera with multi-window motion detection, Audio Detection and I/O (input/output) for connecting devices like sensors and relays (i.e. to activate lights or open / close doors). Pre/Post-image alarm buffering captures and secures images just before and after an alarm.
