ACTi's New Cameras for Mobile Security

Nowadays, in-vehicle surveillance has become more and more significant to deter pickpocketing, clarify incidents or car collisions, and reinforce driver’s accountability.

ACTi released a new camera line to improve mobile security. It includes models (E99M, Q13-K1, E929M) that are vibration proof (EN50155, IEC60571), vandal proof (IK10) and weatherproof (IP68, NEMA 4X). Selected models come with built-in IR LED, M12 connector or fisheye lens.

ACTi Q13-K1 is a 2MP, Outdoor Fisheye Covert camera with Basic WDR and Superior Low Light Sensitivity.

These new cameras are compatible with ACTi's new mobile security solution: " Incident Notification and Verification". The driver can alert the control center upon incidents via the alarm button, which can be connected to the surveillance system. The control center can also verify the incidents from the video and take the right actions.

Main goal of the system is to prevent crimes such as pickpocketing, mugging, bullying, sexual harassment, vandalism and graffiti by live monitoring.
