Panasonic Released Arbitrator Unified Evidence Management System (UEMS) 1.3


Panasonic Systems Communications Company of North America (PSCNA) released the Arbitrator Unified Evidence Management System (UEMS) 1.3 at 5th of October. All new and existing Arbitrator Systems running Phase 7.4.2 ( and later can be upgraded to this new UEMS 1.3 software.

Panasonic states that “In addition to this UEMS 1.3 Software release, they are also offering enhanced capabilities to its Body Worn Hardware (MK 3.0) Camera platform which includes H.265 / HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) video recording, and also the addition of a Secondary Point-of-View (POV) Camera option, all of which provide full integration with existing Panasonic Arbitrator 360 In-Car Videos Systems.”
