Recently some of\u00a0Dahua<\/a> DVR\u2019s with old firmware being hacked. They lost the feed of the cameras and instead of a picture, users saw black screen with a \u201chacked\u201d word at the bottom of it.<\/p>\n

If you are experiencing this problem please follow the steps below;<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Login the main men\u00fc by using your existing password and username<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Right click on mouse select \u201cMain Menu\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Click \u201cSystem\u201d under \u201cSetting\u201d section and then click Default<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Select \u201cFactory Default\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When resetting sequence completed, please update to latest firmware.<\/p>\n

    Please change your old password and create a stronger password ( at least 8 digits combined with letters and numbers)<\/p>\n
