Vivotek AW-FET-050A-065 4 Port Unmanaged High Power PoE Switch delivers data and power over existing Ethernet cables to Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices such as Access Points and IP Cameras. This 10/100 MBps Ethernet switch helps the user to connect with a network quickly and helps to detect the network speed to make work and net access experience better. The plug and play design of this 4-port Ethernet switch offers a hassle free and smooth access. The device is capable of automatically detecting and supplying power with the IEEE 802.3at/af compliant Powered Devices. The LED indicators for Power, Uplink, LAN ports and PoE ports make it easy to monitor link, speed, and activity.

All 5 ports support auto-MDI/MDIX which is a type of Ethernet port connection using twisted pair cabling, hence each port on the switch can automatically figure out if the link needs a straight-through or cross-over connection, and make the right choice, eliminating the need for toggle switches or special crossover cables. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device (10, 100 Mbps).
