Uniview has mixed of NDAA-Compliant and Non-Compliant Products
Uniview Technologies referred to a statement confirming some of their product portfolio is NDAA-compliant.
Uniview firstly introduced IP video surveillance to China, now it’s the third largest player in video surveillance in China. In 2018, Uniview has the 4th largest global market share.

Hikvision products are not compliant with NDAA
Hikvision, is a Chinese state-owned manufacturer and supplier of video surveillance equipment for civilian and military purposes, headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2019 is banning the federal government from purchasing equipment from certain Chinese vendors due to security concerns, including Huawei and ZTE, as well as any surveillance equipment for the purposes of national security from Dahua Technology, Hytera, and Hikvision.
