Bosch EVOLVE50-SB-US Portable Column Speaker (Subwoofer Only)
Important: This SKU (EVOLVE50-SB-US) is the powered subwoofer component only — not the complete EVOLVE 50 Portable Column System. To assemble the full three-piece speaker system, this subwoofer must be paired with the EVOLVE 50 column array, sub pole, and carrying bag — sold separately as SKU EVOLVE50-TB (black array/pole/bag kit). The column array and sub pole are required for the system to produce full-range sound.
The EVOLVE50-SB-US is the U.S.-market powered subwoofer for the Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 Portable Column System, engineered for houses of worship, corporate events, mobile DJs, small live-music venues, and portable presentation applications. The 15 mm plywood, ported enclosure houses a 12\" subwoofer capable of functional frequency output down to 37 Hz, driven by a 1,000 W Class-D amplifier and Electro-Voice's QuickSmartDSP processing engine.
The QuickSmartDSP engine provides best-in-class processing via EV's signature single-knob user interface with LCD, including four presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club), three-band EQ, five user-programmable presets (Store and Recall), output delay, +15 V phantom power, visual limiter status, input level control and meters, and master volume control for optimal gain structure. Signal connections include 2x XLR/TRS combo jack inputs, 1x 3.5 mm input, 1x stereo RCA input, 1x wireless Bluetooth audio input (region-dependent), 1x XLR THRU output, and 1x XLR MIX OUT output.
The bi-directional aluminum sub pole (included in the separate EVOLVE50-TB SKU) connects to the subwoofer with a magnet-assisted lock, and the column array is gravity-held to the sub pole for tool-free setup. The subwoofer supports the Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile application over Bluetooth Low Energy for wireless configuration, control, and monitoring of up to six EVOLVE 50 systems simultaneously (region dependent).
