The AC-IOE is an input/output expansion module designed to increase the number of door or floor connections in an Aiphone ACS-IO or ACS-ELV access control starter kit. This compact module adds eight dry contact inputs and eight solid-state relay outputs per unit, allowing for enhanced scalability in larger access control applications. Communication with the main board is established through RS485 wiring or PRS-Strip connectors. Up to seven AC-IOE units can be added per system, making it ideal for complex configurations that require multiple points of integration. The unit is UL 294 and ULC S319-05 certified, ensuring reliable performance in secure environments.
