The Aiphone IXW-HWCBP is a hand wave call sensor designed for touchless operation, providing a hygienic and convenient way for visitors to initiate calls without physically pressing a button. This unit features an infrared LED sensor with an LED ring, offering a detection range of 0-10 cm. The sensor is weather-resistant and comes with the SBX-2G/A surface mount box for secure installation. It includes a PS-POE power supply, which can be powered through a PoE network drop or from the LAN 2 output on an IX Series door station connected to a PoE+ switch. The device provides a form C dry contact output that can be integrated with an IX Series door station for seamless call initiation. While in standby mode, the sensor remains illuminated blue, turning green when activated. Ideal for commercial and public access control systems, the Aiphone IXW-HWCBP offers a secure, touchless solution for visitor entry.
