The Bosch UPH-C630N-L8120 Camera/Lens Assembly for High-speed Positioning System includes a LTC 0630 Dinion 2X Day/Night Camera and a LTC 3293/30 zoom lens. With a 1/2" CCD sensor, the camera captures clear images at a resolution up to 540TVL. The 20-bit digital signal processing increases sensitivity, and XF Dynamic expands the dynamic range, allowing clear and detailed images in true colors. In addition to standard modes, the camera has 6 programmable modes. Bilinx technology allows settings changes, status checking and firmware updating from anywhere. The technology uses the standard video cable to transmit alarm and status messages, upgrading the general performance of the camera and reducing the service/installation time. Privacy Masking allows 4 separate programmable privacy zones, which can be used to block specific parts of a scene. The Auto Black switch caps the lens to prohibit all light and automatically sets the camera’s circuitry to produce a standard black reference level. If the object being captured is in front of a bright light source, the SmartBLC feature adjusts video gain to correct the exposure. The motion detection feature enables the camera to display an alarm in the video signal, close the output relay or transmit an alarm message via Bilinx. The global scene change detector minimizes false alarms, which can be caused by unexpected changes in lighting conditions. Sensitivity is improved by the SensUp Dynamic feature, which increases the integration time up to 10 times on the CCD, enabling distinct images in low lighting conditions. Furthermore, the built-in IR filter automatically switches from color to monochrome either by sensing the illumination level or through the alarm input. With Default Shutter, the camera can capture high speed moving objects when adequate light is available, and the shutter speed returns to default value under reduced light conditions to maintain sensitivity. LensWizard enables the camera to detect lens type automatically and helps maintain accurate lens focus. The LTC 3293/30 zoom lens (C-mount) has a focal length range of 8-120 mm and an iris control range of F1.6-1000. It supports 1/2” image format and enables the camera to deliver sharp images. The lens comes with pre-position and manual override settings. With the multi-language On-Screen Display power and alarm connections, and a built-in test pattern generator, the camera is easy to install.
