The DW-BJRR2U80TLX from Digital Watchdog is a 2U rack-mounted video server purpose-built for enterprise surveillance applications requiring reliable performance, large storage capacity, and secure Linux-based operation. With 80TB of raw storage and 60TB usable in a RAID5 configuration, it is optimized for long-term video retention and fault-tolerant recording. The system operates on Ubuntu Desktop 20.04 LTS and includes an Intel Xeon Silver processor, 16GB of RAM, and a dedicated Nvidia Quadro GPU for local display. Dual 480GB NVMe SSDs (RAID1) host the operating system, ensuring fast boot and system stability. Supporting up to 600Mbps recording throughput, this server comes preloaded with DW Spectrum IPVMS and includes eight recording licenses (2 × DW-SPECTRUMLSC004). It also offers 12 × 3.5" hot-swappable drive bays, mini DisplayPort output, dual power supplies, and six Ethernet ports (2 onboard, 4 expansion).
