The ETS SM5-EQ-PRO Professional Grade Single Zone Audio Surveillance Kit is a Professional Grade, Single zone audio surveillance system for use where sound quality and recording of conversations is of critical importance. Kit includes professional grade Cardioid pattern microphone and DVR-I/P camera interface featuring 48Vdc phantom power supply, ultra-low noise microphone pre-amplifier, 7 band equalizer and compressor/limiter (automatic level control). Equalizer provides +/-12db sound emphasis or de-emphasis in 7 ranges of frequencies (60 Hz-15 kHz) for tuning out background noise and emphasizing the desired sound qualities in acoustically difficult environments such as interrogation / interview rooms. The PCCM-1 operates optimally 3-5 feet away from the subject(s) to be monitored.

The ETS SM5-EQ-PRO Professional Grade Single Zone Audio Surveillance Kit is still useable in the range of 15-25 feet but is dependent on the level of background noise in the area. Experimentation in the environment will determine what distances work best.
