The ETS SM5-EQ Equalizer/DVR interface Single Zone Audio Kit is a SMEQ-1 seven band audio equalizer, DVR box. It is a single zone audio surveillance system for use with DVRs and I/P cameras. It provides +/-12db sound emphasis or de-emphasis of 7 ranges of frequencies (60 Hz-15 kHz) for acoustically difficult environments such as interrogation / interview rooms. User can tune out unwanted background noise and emphasize the desired sound source.

The ETS SM5-EQ Equalizer/DVR interface Single Zone interface box is designed to be used as a stand-alone DVR or I/P camera interface or it can be used “in line” with any ETS base station. When used as a DVR or I/P camera interface, use the supplied AC adaptor. When the SMEQ-1 is used with an ETS base station, The AC adaptor is not required because it draws power from the ETS base station. Connect any SM1 series microphone to the microphone input or any other “line level” signal, to the audio input. Do not use both inputs at the same time.
