The ETS STWI5 W5 Single Zone 2way Audio Surveillance Kit is an indoor, single zone, 2 way audio surveillance system that can be used with DVRs, IP cameras, video servers and remote monitoring equipment. It can be used as an intercom accessory. It includes an STW1-W5 microphone/speaker, STWI-1 Base Station, AC Adaptor, 2 x 3' RCA or 3.5mm patch cables and STW1 mounting screws, along with instructions for installation. This surface mount microphone/speaker can be used inside residences and offices where the decor is considered important.

It picks up sounds approximately 15ft. away or within a 30ft. diameter circle, when mounted on the ceiling. The interface box provides simple interface between field wiring and connections to DVR or remote monitoring equipment. The interface adapter receives the wiring from the microphone, supplies power to the microphone and drives the audio signals into the input of the recording device. The RCA cable connects to a DVR or VCR, and the 3.5mm cable connects to a computer sound card. The speaker is omni-directional and has a low noise MOSFET pre-amplifier. It has selectable on/off treble boost and limiter circuit. It also has a variable gain adjustment that prevents overdriving or underdriving the audio signal. Its built-in 2 watt speaker power amplifier comes with adjustable volume control. The ETS STWI5 W5 Single Zone 2way Audio Surveillance Kit is an all-inclusive kit for indoor surveillance.
