This is an 8 channel DVR capture card that allows for eight video and four audio inputs and records in CIF, D1 and half D1 resolution. This is a one of a kind DVR card that has an inbuilt web server which allows the users to monitor remotely from any laptop or even smart phones. The trigging system can send a picture sms to the user if it observes any change in its surroundings. This supports both NTSC and PAL video formats.

The GV-650-8 uses one of the best video compression modes available. It also supports multiple recording modes and a two way audio method. The interface of this DVR card is PCI-E (x1). The recording rate of the GV-650-8 in the CIF resolution in NTSC format allows 60fps and in PAL format allows 60fps. The D1 resolution allows 30fps to 60 fps in NTSC format and 25fps to 50fps in PAL format. The display rate in the CIF resolution in NTSC format allows 60fps and in PAL format allows 50fps.
