The Geovision GV-Joystick V3 is a plug-and-play device for panning, tilting, zooming, and focusing a PTZ camera. It is compatible not only with GeoVision software but also with any third-party software that supports the HID standard, and when connected to GeoVision software it can control third-party ONVIF PTZ cameras. The driver-free USB 2.0 connection makes setup fast and straightforward.
Built around a 3-axis Hall-effect joystick, the GV-Joystick V3 maps the X/Y axis to camera pan and tilt and the Z axis to zoom, with a lifespan rated for over 5 million operations. It includes eight programmable mechanical buttons, also rated for over 5 million operations, giving operators fast access to preset and control functions. USB powered and certified to CE and FCC, it is a durable control surface for professional surveillance operators.
