The Geovision 82-V2S0002-0000 is a two-port third-party camera license for the GV-VMS v20 video management platform. GV-VMS v20 provides default channels for Geovision-branded IP cameras; this license authorizes the connection of two non-Geovision cameras supporting ONVIF, PSIA, or RTSP - such as Axis, Hikvision, or Dahua models - allowing mixed-brand deployments on a single recording system.
GV-VMS v20 combines live viewing and recorded playback in a unified interface, and supports H.264, H.265, and MJPEG compression with GPU-based hardware acceleration and fisheye dewarping. ONVIF (Profile S/G/T), RTSP, and PSIA support covers more than 500 camera models. Advanced AI functions such as built-in face recognition and Smart PVD Motion Search are available with the separate AI License; AI camera events from AI-capable GV-IP cameras do not require it.
Advanced management functions include I/O device control, E-Map support, PTZ camera control, and multi-monitor display. Delivered as a digital software license, this SKU adds two third-party camera connections to an existing GV-VMS v20 installation - the difference from the single-port model being that two external cameras are authorized under one license key.
