Are you having trouble accessing LTS Platinum NVR/DVR? Do you need to reset LTS password?
Recorder passwords are very common to be forgotten. Manufacturers offer different methods to reset passwords however it is usually a challenge to get hold of their tech support and more common than not they are not willing to help end users. There are also instances where if products purchased from unauthorized channels such as Amazon, Ebay and Walmart, they would not provide tech support.
When it comes to LTS recorders, We are authorized distributor and partner of LTS Security and we help our customers with password reset free of charge. If you purchased recorders from us, password reset service and lifetime technical support is included. We just need to verify your name, order number and email.
If you didn't purchase the recorder from us, we will still help you however this support would be a paid service. Please go ahead and purchase this product and we will send you daily secure code. If the secure code does not work, reach out to us and we will help you until you reset password and access to your recorder.

NOTE
Please be advised that the reset codes you are purchasing for your LTS recorder are valid only until midnight of the day specific to the complete transaction. A new code will be required upon the next calendar day if the old code is allowed to deactivate. A1 Security Cameras also offers a Lifetime Support option, allowing for extended support for LTS password reset!

If I purchase, when will I get the secure code?
Right after your payment is completed. It's an automatic process and mostly it takes 5-10 minutes but sometimes delays may occur (especially on Mondays). If you don't get it just let us know.
Is this purchase refundable?
This purchase is not refundable. We guarantee we will work with you in re-issuing secure code for circumstances where your recorder's date is different or you missed a day or two until you regain access to the recover. However we do not offer refund in case your circumstances changed or you are no longer interested or you do not have the intention to use the code as this is a software product and issued on an order by order basis.
What is the difference between One-time and Lifetime solution?
With One-time solution you will get secure codes and we will help you until you reset password and access to your recorder for one instance.
With Lifetime solution you will get secure codes and our assistance when ever you needed. We just need order number, email, phone number, name, or something else we can use to look you up in the system. Email us at securecode@a1securitycameras.com
Is there a "lts secure code generator" software?
When you type "lts secure code" into Google, first thing pops up in the suggestions is "lts secure code generator" which makes you think that such software exists and getting "secure code" could be as easy as finding the software to generate code. However there is no password reset code generator for LTS Platinum Series recorders and it is simply Google's algorithm reflecting what's popular search and moves it to the top.
LTS secure code is only available by LTS and exclusive partners like A1 Security Cameras. LTS does not provide end-user support so their tech support line will not give you "secure code" over the phone. You can reach out to the company or person who installed the recorder and they may be able to get it from LTS however installation company may charge "service fee" or "trip charge" to do this service themselves.
What if secure code does not work?
Reset code is you will receive is for today's date. If the code does not work, first thing you should look at if the recorder's date is the same as today's date. There are many instances where recorder's date was reset to 2004-01-01 or 1970-01-01 and it started working from that date on and it is possible that the day you requested the code, recorder's date is 2004-02-19 as you may from a customer's screenshot below. If this is the case, your purchase is still valid and we will re-issue code for your recorder's date. Please email us screenshot of your recorder along with your order number and include recorder's date in your subject line at securecode@a1securitycameras.com and we will create and email your reset code for your recorder's date.
My recorder's date is not today's date, if I purchase, will this work?
When you purchase LTS secure code, you will get Today's code that only works if your recorder's date has today's date. It is common for recorders to lose power and reset the date to 1970-01-01 or 2004-01-01. If you are seeing a different date other than today's date, please complete your purchase first then send us an email with your recorder's date at securecode@a1securitycameras.com and our team will get back to you on requested day's code. If this is during couple of hours before end of our business hours, we usually reply in the same business day. If not, we will get back to you on next business day and work with you getting your recorder's reset process completed.
What if I purchase the secure code but forget to use it?
The secure code purchased is one-time only code with no refund or return however we will work with you as long as timing of purchase and next code requested is reasonably close. For example, you purchased today's code but you ended up not being able to get in front of the recorder today or it was on the weekend and circumstances changed and you could not get in front of the recorder, we will work with you on reissuing secure code free of charge if you email us at securecode@a1securitycameras.com We do not however issue a new code if the new code request is more than 3 days apart.
