Radionix FCA-350-B4 Detector Base 4" 2-Wire
The Radionix FCA-350-B4 is a 4-inch detector base engineered for two-wire fire alarm installations supporting both 12V DC and 24V DC systems. Designed specifically for compatibility with Radionix's FCP-350 photoelectric smoke detectors and FCH-350 heat detectors, this electronics-free base features a plastic tamper-lock lug preventing unauthorized detector removal in commercial and institutional environments. The compact design accommodates surface mounting using anchors or direct installation on three-inch octagonal, four-inch square/octagonal, or single-gang electrical boxes.
Constructed from ivory-colored ABS plastic, the base provides reliable operation across 0°C to 49°C (32°F to 120°F) temperature range with humidity tolerance up to 95% RH at 40°C. The two-wire configuration simplifies installation by combining power and signal on single cable pair, reducing wire count and installation labor compared to four-wire systems.
