Samsung SRN-1673S-6TB 16CH Network Video Recorder with PoE Switch is a high-quality, powerful performance network video recorder that support up to 16 network streams with a throughput of up to 80Mbps. The device is embedded with Linux Operating System and it offers real-time recording capability at CIF~ 8M resolution. The device supports Recording Bandwidth of 80Mbps in real time recording of 16 cameras in 2 M. Equipped with 4 SATA HDDs and one e-SATA Hard drive of 1Tb, the NVR offers long-term recording and retention.
The NVR's PoE (Power over Ethernet) feature removes the need for separate cables to each of the cameras for power and image transmission purposes. This device supports ONVIF protocol therefore it makes communication between IP cameras within this surveillance set-up even easier. Equipped with HDMI and VGA Video Output, this NVR allows the user to integrate a local monitor for video display. This device features H.264/MJPEG Compression Technology; hence one can conserve storage and network resources when recording without compromising on image quality. In addition, it provides easy backup options with its USB Port.
