It is a strong cast aluminum construction at the top, and the lower dome is made of tinted polycarbonate material. This unit is ideal for pendant mount, and hence perfect for outdoors. It comes equipped with a thermostatically controlled heater to ensure the camera's functioning even in cold temperatures.
