The Ubiquiti U5G-MAX-OUTDOOR is a full-performance outdoor 5G modem delivering up to 3.4 Gbps downlink (5G NSA) for UniFi consoles and Cloud Gateways. Certified with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, it supports both 5G NR and 4G LTE across an extensive range of frequency bands, including Sub-6GHz and CBRS spectrum. Six embedded cellular antennas — including two high-gain downlink antennas at peak 9 dBi — maximize signal capture in outdoor environments.

The U5G-MAX-OUTDOOR supports dual SIM (one Nano SIM + one Nano SIM or eSIM) for seamless carrier failover, along with remote SIM capability. Powered via PoE and housed in an aluminum-alloy and UV-stabilized polycarbonate enclosure rated IPX6, it withstands outdoor deployment in extreme conditions from -40°C to 65°C. Pole and wall mounts are included, supporting 1–2.5" pipe diameters. The device is NDAA compliant and certified by FCC, IC, CE, PTCRB, and GCF.
