Description
W Box Technologies 0E-8P4R45FE 8 Port Fast Ethernet Extended Range PoE+ Switch with 4 PoE+ and 4 Uplink Ports
The W Box Technologies 0E-8P4R45FE is an 8-port Fast Ethernet PoE+ switch built for IP video surveillance deployments. It combines four PoE+ RJ45 ports for powering IP cameras and other powered devices with four RJ45 uplink ports for connecting recorders, routers or other network equipment. With a 62W total PoE budget, up to 30W per port and 1.6 Gbps switching capacity, it delivers the power and bandwidth needed for smooth, high-definition video transmission.
An AI DIP switch enables four operating modes without any software configuration. PoE Watchdog automatically reboots a PoE port when no data is detected from the connected device for 2-3 minutes. Extend mode slows downlink ports to 10 Mbps to reach distances of up to 820 ft (250m). VLAN mode isolates downlink ports from each other to prevent snooping and tampering. QoS mode prioritizes traffic on ports 7 and 8 during a broadcast storm.
Designed for indoor use, this plug-and-play switch complies with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3af and 802.3at standards, ships with an external 52VDC power adapter, and provides link/activity and PoE status LEDs for every port. It is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
