The A1 MERC-1 pCom Mobile Emergency Response Center is a highly customized Mobile Communication Center designed to deliver mobile power and communication for Disaster Response and Emergency Response of all types. The A1 MERC-1 Mobile Communication Trailer is a highly modular Mobile Satellite Trailer which features a compact design measuring only 5 feet tall. The A1 MERC-1 leverages superior Technology, quality design and innovative construction, all at an affordable cost. Thus the MERC-1 ensures wireless communication with the maximum benefit to its owners and operators. 
The MERC-1 pCom Mobile Command Trailer standard package includes a locking storage compartment, Two Shock Resistant 19 inch rack equipment cabinets including internal heating and cooling system. The MERC-1 Emergency Response trailer further includes a 30ft pneumatic mast, a .96 or 1.2 meter VSAT satellite dish with controller and modem all powered by a 10,000 Watt Diesel Generator providing power to the on board systems in addition to external use. Built for versatile adaptability the A1 MERC-1 Emergency Response Trailer delivers the full functionality of a Mobile Command Center in a compact 15ft bumper pull, single axle trailer including hydraulic brakes, spare tire, leveling jacks and more.

Hosted Mass Notification: IVR systems can provide notification services for emergency notification and information sharing in multiple formats.  Messages can be broadcast in voice, email, page format, and texting with validation steps to ensure call receipt confirmation.
Hosted Call Center:  A1 can provide hosted call center support for supporting remote call center agents during a call center host failure.
