Equipped to perform optimally outdoors, the ACTi KCM-5211E Outdoor IR Full HD Security Camera is enclosed in an IP66 rated casing. Deploying a progressive scan CMOS sensor, it produces crystal clear images of 2032 x 1920 resolution at 8 fps. Higher recording speeds can be achieved but for a little compromise in the quality. KCM-5211E can record at 15fps to produce up to a 1920 x 1080 resolution. It can also be configured to record at 30fps with resolution up to 1280 x 720.

The superior dynamic range adds to the versatility of this ACTi KCM-5211E camera. With privacy masking capabilities, the user can mask any of the four configurable regions for security purposes. Installing a MicroSD or SDHC card will provide local storage to the captured videos. Equipped with a motion detection sensor, recording triggers every time the camera senses a movement in its field. The control center is notified and snapshots are delivered on mail to the designated recipients. The videos are also uploaded on the FTP server.
