The Arecont Vision AV2255AM-A Megapixel IP Security Camera with Audio Mega Dome 2 series network camera is part of Arecont Vision’s full line of H.264 Mega Dome series. This fully compliant implementation of H.264 (MPEG 4, Part 10) provides full 1920 x 1080 megapixel resolution at full video frame rates of 32fps. It can capture excellent imagery of the surveillance area at up to 32 fps with its 2.07 MP CMOS sensor.

The Arecont AV2255AM-A has an IR filter, which switches between color and monochrome according to the light conditions. The forensic zooming feature enables the user to zoom in for post-event investigations. This feature is useful when CCTV video footage needs to be previewed and analyzed in legal cases.
