The AXIS A4611 is an IP-based network access control reader with an integrated touch keypad, engineered to provide a complete single-door interface — including door lock and door position sensor management — from a single PoE-powered mullion-mount device. Its slim mullion-style profile installs cleanly into tight spaces alongside door frames, elevator entries, and turnstiles, where full-size reader/keypad combinations don't fit.

The reader accepts card, tag, and PIN credentials for flexible single-factor or two-factor authentication and is compatible with 13.56 MHz ISO 14443-A RFID including MIFARE Classic, MIFARE Plus, and MIFARE DESFire EV1, EV2, and EV3 — covering the majority of enterprise credential ecosystems in production today. The intuitive touch keypad supports unlimited usage without mechanical wear and provides visual feedback through a keypad backlight, while a full-color RGB LED stripe and audible buzzer confirm access decisions to the user.
