The Bosch VDN-498V03-21 FlexiDome CCTV Surveillance Camera is an advanced dome security device capable of delivering clear and bright images in virtually any lighting and scene situation. This thanks to its use of a 2X Dynamic WDR function which operates together with 20-bit DSP technology to neutralize the extreme bright and dark parts of an image and that way help bring out all the important details of a scene. Backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light. You can change the camera settings, check status, and update firmware from anywhere via the video cable via Bilinx technology.

This camera also incorporates a true day/night function, which by switching the camera from color to B/W in low light will enhance image visibility during nighttime hours. Six preset modes make it easy to recall a setting that suits a particular environment. This device readily mounts on the surface of a ceiling or wall.
