The Bosch VDN-498V03-21S FlexiDome CCTV Surveillance Camera is the ultimate solution for virtually any indoor or outdoor surveillance application. This vandal-resistant dome device uses a 1/3-inch, wide dynamic range CCD sensor and incorporates advanced (20-bit) digital signal processing and a 2.8-10mm (f/1.2) varifocal lens for outstanding picture performance at a resolution up to 540TVL. The 20-bit image processing technology helps the unit to capture detailed images in bright highlights and deep shadows. The device uses an IR cut filter to switch between color and B&W as per the changes in ambient lighting.

Featuring bilinx technology, auto black, privacy masking, auto white balance and video motion detector, the Bosch VDN-498V03-21S FlexiDome CCTV Surveillance Camera is well suited to do a wonderful surveillance task in indoor and outdoor applications. The default shutter speed allows you to capture fast-moving objects when sufficient light is available. The SensUp dynamic feature improves the sensitivity by increasing the integration time up to 10 times on the CCD, useful when relying only on moonlight for illumination. The FlexiDome 2x unit also includes a low-impact surface mount for easy mounting.
