The Bosch NBC-265-W Security Camera is an integrated network video monitoring system, that records upto the standards of high resolution HD 720p images at 30fps real time. It supports both the H.264 compression stream and the MJPEG stream, with multiple individually configurable video streams. It has an integrated wireless LAN that conforms to the IEEE 802.11b/g standards, and an SD/SDHC card slot for edge recording. It also offers excellent low light performance down to 0.3 Lux. The camera is equipped with a 2.8mm-12mm varifocal lens and supports other CS mount, manual iris, megapixel lenses.

The NBC-265-W also offers other hardware features like local recording, audio and external device connection. It has a built-in microphone and supports an audio input and output for integrating speakers or other microphones. It also has alarm input and relay output connections to allow a variety of functions from external sensors to relay device operation. Also included is a memory card slot allowing long term on-board storage for video recording triggered by on-board detection methods. It is ONVIF compliant and is powered by PoE.
