The Bosch NDE-8703-RX-H is a FLEXIDOME 8100i 4MP X series outdoor dome camera engineered for demanding surveillance applications in government, transportation, city, and critical infrastructure environments. Built on the CPP14 platform, it pairs Bosch's Starlight X low-light technology with HDR X (141dB) to deliver crisp, artifact-free video of moving objects across extreme lighting conditions. The 1/1.8" 4.1MP sensor achieves a minimum color illumination of just 0.009 lux (F1.3), providing highly detailed images even in near-complete darkness.

The camera's remote commissioning capability allows full Pan, Tilt, Roll, and Zoom (PTRZ) adjustment via the Bosch Project Assistant app — without physically touching the camera or climbing a ladder. The motorized 4.4–10mm varifocal lens with autofocus provides a horizontal field of view from 110° to 48°. IVA Pro Buildings, IVA Pro Perimeter, and IVA Pro Privacy come pre-installed, delivering deep-learning-based detection and tracking of persons and vehicles that is resilient against false triggers from rain, wind, shadows, and insects. Optional licenses extend capabilities to LPR, traffic analytics, PPE detection, and gun detection.

A hydrophilic bubble prevents water droplets and dirt accumulation for reduced maintenance and cleaner images in wet conditions. Dual microSD card slots (up to 2TB total) support mirrored, failover, or extended recording configurations. Rated IP66/IP67/IP6K9K and IK11, operating from -50°C to +60°C, the NDE-8703-RX-H is built for the most demanding outdoor conditions. Powered via PoE (802.3af/at) or 24VAC/12–26VDC.
