The bracket should be installed on a flat wall, and waterproof rubber is necessary for outdoor appli-cations. The wall must be capable of supporting over three times as much as the total weight of the camera and the mount. The maximum load ca-pacity of the bracket is 4.4 lbs (2 kg).
