The i-PRO Advidia M-46-V-V2 is a 4MP varifocal dome network camera built around a 1/3 inch progressive scan CMOS image sensor. It delivers 2688 x 1520 resolution on the main stream and provides a signal to noise ratio above 52 dB, producing clean images with the detail needed to identify faces and vehicles at typical dome mounting distances.

A 2.8-12mm motorized zoom lens with auto focus covers a horizontal field of view from 86.3 degrees at wide to 35.2 degrees at telephoto, allowing installers to frame the scene remotely after mounting. Minimum illumination is rated at 0.003 lux in color and 0 lux with the 850nm IR LED active, which illuminates up to approximately 131 ft. Wide dynamic range of 120 dB balances exposure between bright backlight and shadowed foreground subjects, while Smart IR, HLC, BLC and digital defog handle challenging lighting and weather conditions.

Onboard analytics include crossline detection, intrusion detection based on human body detection, motion detection, tampering alarm and audio detection, reducing the volume of nuisance alerts that reach operators. A built-in microphone captures audio alongside video, and the camera records locally to microSD cards up to 256 GB. Security features include HTTPS, TLS 1.2, IP address filtering, MAC authentication, illegal login lock and watermarking. The metal and plastic housing carries IP67 and IK10 ratings and operates from -22 °F to 140 °F. The camera is NDAA compliant, supports ONVIF Profile G, S and T, streams H.265, H.264 and MJPEG, accepts PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12 VDC power, and ships with a VideoInsight VMS camera license bundled.
