The MOBOTIX Mx-M16TB-R079 is a precision-engineered outdoor bullet IP thermal camera designed for critical infrastructure protection, early fire detection, and advanced temperature monitoring. Featuring a 336 × 252 uncooled microbolometer thermal sensor with a 45° × 35° horizontal and vertical field of view, the camera delivers calibrated thermal imaging with high sensitivity (NETD < 50 mK), enabling detection of temperature variations as small as 0.05°C. With built-in Thermal Radiometry (TR), it allows pixel-by-pixel temperature measurement and up to 20 individually defined temperature events across a range of -40°C to +550°C. The camera supports thermal-optical overlay when paired with an optional 6MP optical sensor module, enhancing situational awareness by visualizing hotspots in real-time. Built on the MOBOTIX Mx6 platform, the M16B TR series integrates intelligent video analytics, audio support, PoE operation, and robust IP66-rated construction, making it ideal for industrial and perimeter monitoring applications.
