The Pelco ES6230-12-R2 is a Full HD 1080p Esprit® Enhanced Series IP positioning system featuring SureVision 3.0 technology. Equipped with a 1/2.8" Exmor CMOS sensor, 30x optical zoom (4.3~129mm), and an integrated vari-zoom IR illuminator with a 200-meter range, it delivers sharp, detailed imagery day and night across wide surveillance areas. The 130dB True Wide Dynamic Range and advanced low light sensitivity down to 0.03 lux ensure high-quality images even in the most challenging lighting conditions.

Built around Pelco's proven pan/tilt mechanism, the ES6230-12-R2 features 360° continuous pan rotation at 140°/sec and operates across an absolute temperature range of -45°C to +60°C, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments. The unit is IP66 and NEMA Type 4X rated, NEMA TS-2 compliant, and includes a built-in wiper, heater, defroster, and sun shroud for all-weather operation. The -R2 designation indicates the 200m vari-zoom IR illuminator option powered via 48 VDC or 100–240 VAC mains.

The ES6230-12-R2 includes Pelco's full suite of nine built-in analytics behaviors including AutoTracker, Adaptive Motion Detection, Loitering Detection, and Stopped Vehicle, along with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). It supports ONVIF Profile S, G, and Q, connects to VideoXpert, Endura 2.0, and Digital Sentry platforms, and offers local edge storage via SDXC card up to 2TB.
