Samsung SRN-1673S-3TB 16CH Network Video Recorder with PoE Switch is a comprehensive network audio and video monitoring system that can support up to 16 cameras. This network video recorder is capable of securing long periods of video recording from up to 16 channels. With an embedded Linux Operating System, it also offers real-time recording capability at CIF~ 8M resolution. The device supports Recording Bandwidth of 80Mbps in real time recording of 16 cameras in 2 M. Equipped with 4 SATA HDDs and an external eSATA port of 1Tb (to further increase memory storage) the NVR facilitates long term recording and retention.

This device supports ONVIF protocol therefore it makes communication between IP cameras within this surveillance set-up even easier. Equipped with HDMI and VGA Video Output, this NVR allows the user to integrate a local monitor for video display. Conserving storage and network resources when recording without compromising on image quality is possible as this device features H.264/MJPEG Compression Technology.
