The Samsung SND-5080 H.264 HD 720P Dome IP Security Camera is a dome camera that is tough and resistant, ideal to be used in high risk places such as offices, banks and hotels to ensure maximum security. It comes with a 1.3 MP progressive scan CMOS sensor that offers images in H.267/MPEG-4 and MJPEG formats, optimizing bandwidth and storage use without compromising any of the image quality. The focal length range of the camera is 2.8-10 mm. with 3.6x zoom lens offering an aperture of f/1.2. The Day and Night feature of this camera can even deliver clear images in low light conditions, and it uses a removable IR cut filter to switch between color and B&W as per the changes in ambient lighting. When the object being captured is in front of a bright light, the Backlight compensation adjusts the video to gain the correct exposure.

The SND-5080F has a digital noise reduction filter that adjusts the image, showing greater detail and eliminating image noise in low light.
