The Speco H12WHRN8TB is a 12 channel 5MP hybrid video recorder designed to support surveillance systems using both HD-TVI analog and IP cameras. It features 8 BNC inputs for HD-TVI cameras and 4 additional IP channels, enabling high-resolution hybrid recording across all channels. This model comes pre-installed with an 8TB hard drive and supports up to 16TB through a single SATA bay, with additional expansion available via an eSATA port. H.265 video compression technology ensures optimized storage usage and extended retention without compromising image quality. The unit provides HDMI and VGA video outputs for high-definition local monitoring. When paired with Speco smart cameras, it supports intelligent analytics such as object detection and line crossing. Smart Search functionality allows for rapid event review by motion and region. Additional features include 2-way audio, 8 alarm inputs, 2 alarm outputs, USB export, and built-in S.M.A.R.T. HDD diagnostics. Remote access is available through Speco Blue, SecureGuard, popular web browsers, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV.
