The Ubiquiti EFG is an enterprise-grade 1U rack-mount 25G Cloud Gateway designed to manage 500+ UniFi devices and 5,000+ simultaneous clients with 12.5 Gbps IDS/IPS throughput and complete high availability. Its port layout includes two 25G SFP28 ports, two 10G SFP+ ports, and two 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, supporting up to five WAN connections with multi-WAN load balancing, Shadow Mode (VRRP) failover, and two hot-swappable 150W power supplies for continuous operation. An 18-core ARM v8.2 processor at 2 GHz powers all routing, security, and VPN functions simultaneously.

The EFG delivers a comprehensive enterprise security stack including stateful firewall, application-aware Layer 7 firewall, SSL/TLS inspection, DPI, zone-based filtering, IPS/IDS with 95,000+ signatures (CyberSecure Enterprise), and content filtering with ad blocking. VPN support spans WireGuard, IPsec, OpenVPN, L2TP, Teleport, Site Magic, and license-free SD-WAN. Dynamic routing via OSPF and BGP, advanced NAT, RADIUS over TLS, and IPv6 are all natively supported. A 1.3" touchscreen LCM display provides on-device status at a glance. The EFG is NDAA compliant and certified by FCC, CE, and IC.
