Ubiquiti Networks R5AC-PTMP rocket ac airMAX ac BaseStation is designed to provide optimal performance. Its high degree of flexibility in configuring channel bandwidths allows users to deploy it anywhere in the world. Equipped with the airPrism technology the device has an active radio frequency filter that provides advanced channel filtering for the noisiest environments. This innovative technology is integrated into Ubiquiti's custom silicon in order to create a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) by isolating signals within the operating channel and rejecting interference using specialized circuitry, the High-Selectivity Receiver (HSR).

A 720MHz Atheros MIPS 74Kc processor is built in the device. The 128MB of DDR2 RAM and 16MB of NOR Flash memory enhance the processing power of the device.This product supports up to 450+ Mbps throughput. With the 24V Passive PoE functionality, both power and data can be carried over a single Ethernet cable to the device. Besides it also provides a Gigabit Ethernet connection to deliver high throughput. A pack includes 1 Rocket5ac PtMP, Gigabit PoE Adapter (24V, 0.5A), power cord, and a quick start guide.
