The Ubiquiti U5G-MAX is a high-performance 5G NR modem that brings cellular WAN connectivity to any UniFi deployment. It adopts instantly through any UniFi PoE port for automatic setup, and delivers peak 5G NSA downlink speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps, making it a strong primary link or a resilient failover path for business networks.

Designed for flexibility, the modem features dual SIM support with one Nano-SIM plus a second Nano-SIM or eSIM, enabling seamless carrier failover. A single 2.5 GbE RJ45 port handles the wired uplink, while power is supplied over PoE with a maximum consumption of 14.5 W. The unit is certified with AT&T and T-Mobile (Verizon coming soon) and is NDAA compliant, making it suitable for regulated and enterprise environments. A 1.3" touchscreen provides at-a-glance status, and IK04 tamper resistance plus a polycarbonate and aluminum-alloy enclosure add durability.

The U5G-MAX ships with desktop stand, wall, and window mounts for versatile placement, and integrates four embedded cellular antennas. It operates from 0 to 40 °C (32 to 104 °F) and requires UniFi Network version 10.0.162 or later.
