Description
Ubiquiti UA-RESCUE Keyed Emergency Override for Access Hub
The Ubiquiti UA-RESCUE is a keyed emergency override device designed for use with the UniFi Access Hub, providing a physical failsafe mechanism for access control systems in emergency scenarios. When a power failure, network outage, or critical system event prevents normal electronic access control operation, the UA-RESCUE enables authorized personnel to manually override the Access Hub using a brass internal wave key, ensuring that doors can be unlocked or secured regardless of system status.
The key switch operates at 28V DC, 4A and connects via a COM/NO/NC terminal block accepting 18-24 AWG conductors, providing relay output flexibility for both normally open and normally closed door configurations. The compact polycarbonate enclosure measures just 60 mm in diameter and 74 mm in depth, allowing discreet installation near access points without significant space requirements. Operating from -30 to 65 degrees C (-22 to 149 degrees F) with 5-95% non-condensing humidity tolerance and rated for storage down to -40 degrees C (-40 degrees F), it is designed for reliable performance in a wide range of installation environments.
NDAA compliant and FCC, IC, and CE certified, the UA-RESCUE integrates into compliant security infrastructure while meeting federal procurement requirements. It is an essential safety component for any UniFi Access deployment where emergency egress and override capability are required by code or policy.
