The Ubiquiti UACC-AOC-SFP28-20M is a 20-meter (65.6 ft) SFP28 Active Optical Cable (AOC) built for high-bandwidth 25G and 10G interconnects across longer rack-to-rack and row-to-row distances within data center environments. Leveraging OM3 multimode fiber with an 850 nm wavelength and terminated with SFP28 connectors on both ends, it provides a lightweight, low-latency alternative to copper DAC cables where the additional reach of an active optical solution is required without stepping up to discrete transceiver and patch cord combinations.
The aqua PVC jacket with a 3.0 mm outer diameter maintains the standard OM3 color coding for quick visual identification and routes cleanly through cable trays with a minimum bend radius of just 30 mm. Supporting both 25 Gbps and 10 Gbps data rates, the UACC-AOC-SFP28-20M is compatible with UniFi and other standards-compliant SFP28 switching platforms. It operates reliably across 0°C to 70°C (32°F to 158°F), making it suitable for warm data center environments where consistent thermal performance is critical.
