The Ubiquiti UF-WIFI-US is a GPON ONU/ONT device that combines fiber WAN connectivity with integrated WiFi and a four-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, making it a compact all-in-one solution for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) deployments. It connects directly to a GPON network via an SC/APC fiber port and delivers downstream speeds of up to 2.5 Gbps and upstream speeds of up to 1.2 Gbps, translating fiber performance into usable wired and wireless connectivity at the edge.
The integrated 2.4 GHz 802.11n radio supports up to 300 Mbps throughput with 2x2 MIMO, serving as a convenient local wireless option for connected devices. Four GbE RJ45 LAN ports provide wired connectivity for TVs, computers, and other network equipment. The UF-WIFI-US supports NAT, bridging, routing, firewall features, VLAN, and GEM port encryption, and can be managed via Ethernet or in-band PON. It can be powered via passive PoE (24V) or the included universal AC/DC adapter, drawing only 7W at maximum load.
With an operating temperature range of -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F) and a UV-stabilized polycarbonate enclosure, the UF-WIFI-US is built for reliable long-term operation. It is NDAA compliant and certified for FCC, IC, and CE markets, making it a dependable choice for ISP edge deployments and managed fiber installations.
