Arecont Vision AV2815DN MegaVideo 1080p IP Camera (Day/Night), with 2.07 MP CMOS image sensor delivers clear images. The IP camera has the capability of sustaining over 80 billion operations per second and can maintain full motion progressive scan 1920 x 1080 video at 24 fps to deliver high-quality images. The H.264 (MPEG 4, Part 10) compression standard compatibility allows the unit to provide bandwidth and storage efficiency 10 times more than average MJPEG standards.& The camera is suitable for low-light conditions due to a minimum illumination of 0 lux. To capture even more light in low light areas MoonLight mode can be activated. A constant brightness level is maintained via the automatic gain control, which adjusts the signal strength and backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light source. The camera’s auto multi-matrix white balance feature means it takes a standard white color reference to adjust the RGB (red, green, and blue) colors to produce good quality images in different light conditions.& The AV2815DN uses a mechanical IR cut filter to switch between color and B&W as per the changes in ambient lighting.& Streaming of up to 8 concurrent non-identical streams with different frame-rates, bit-rates, resolutions, and picture quality is facilitated by the multi-streaming feature. The programmable shutter speed helps you control motion blur, resulting in crisp and clear images.
