The Arecont Vision AV5125DNv1x 5 Megapixel Day/Night IP Security Camera is an all-in-one device in 1.3-, 1080p, 3- or 5-megapixels with fast frame rates, a vari-focal lens in an IP66 / IK-10 bullet-style indoor/outdoor housing. It is made for users that require brilliant images in a variety of environments. Arecont Vision brand means affordability combined with advanced features and easy to use functions. The camera features Day/Night functionality and has a removable IR filter operation, meaning the camera switches between color and B&W as per changes in the ambient lighting, ensuring accurate color reproduction in daylight and enhanced B&W images at night.

The AV5125DNv1x also features Day/Night with infrared (IR) illuminator, Binning mode (3MP and 5MP), 1024-zone motion detection, flexible privacy masking and PoE or auxiliary power. With the forensic zooming feature, the camera allows you to zoom in for post-event investigations when CCTV video footage needs to be previewed and analyzed in criminal and other legal cases. Video footage can be stored in either MJPEG or H.264 (MPEG4, Part 10) compression format.
