The outdoor-ready AXIS P1355-E 1080p Outdoor IP Security Camera is a fixed day and night device, delivering excellent, light-sensitive performance in a robust design. Superb HDTV video quality is provided with progressive scan in multiple individual H.264 streams, as well as Motion JPEG streams. The focus assistant, remote back focus and pixel counter features simplifies installation. It supports the unique precise iris control, P-Iris, which enables higher contrast, clarity, resolution and better depth of field. Support for DC-iris ensures backward compatibility. The multi-view streaming function allows separate video streams of zoomed-in sections, at the same time as a down scaled full overview image.

AXIS P1355-E 1080p Outdoor IP Security Camera has a remote back focus function that enables the focus to be fine-tuned from a computer. It also offers digital pan/tilt/zoom, and supports multi-view streaming. The multi-view streaming function allows separate video streams of zoomed-in sections concurrent with a down scaled full overview image. The device is equipped with a serial port for communication with auxiliary equipment, such as a pan/tilt head in order to remotely change the camera direction. It also supports PoE (Power over Ethernet) for easy installation; there is no need for a separate power cable. What's more, this outdoor-ready camera operates using PoE and High PoE in temperatures ranging from -40 to 122°F.
