The AXIS Q1728-LE 48mm is an AI-powered 4K (8MP) outdoor box camera built on the advanced ARTPEC-9 processor with a large 1/1.2" sensor for superior light sensitivity. This telephoto variant features a 15.2-48.7mm varifocal lens with 42°-13° horizontal field of view, ideal for capturing fine details at long distances such as license plates, faces, and objects up to 2,200 feet away.

Featuring Lightfinder 2.0 technology for exceptional low-light performance with color images down to 0.05 lux, and Forensic WDR up to 120dB for clear details in challenging lighting conditions. The OptimizedIR illumination reaches up to 164ft (50m) for clear surveillance in complete darkness.

Pre-installed with AXIS Object Analytics for AI-based detection and classification of humans, vehicles, and vehicle types. AXIS Speed Monitor enables vehicle speed detection without external equipment. AXIS Image Health Analytics monitors image quality and alerts if the view is blocked, degraded, or redirected. The built-in wiper and carbon nanotube film heater ensure clear images in harsh weather conditions.
