The Bosch FLEXIDOME 8100i NDE-8704-RX-H is an 8MP fixed dome IP camera from the Bosch FLEXIDOME 8100i — X series, built on the latest CPP14 platform and engineered for demanding outdoor surveillance in government, transportation, city, traffic, and education environments. It pairs a 1/1.2" CMOS sensor with starlight X low-light technology and HDR X dynamic range (128 dB), delivering crisp, color-accurate imagery in extreme lighting conditions and on moving subjects where traditional HDR creates motion blur and artifacts.

The integrated 5.9–13 mm motorized lens with P-iris and remote pan-tilt-roll-zoom (PTRZ) makes installation fast and accurate — installers can frame the scene from a PC or the Bosch Project Assistant mobile app without ever touching the camera or lens. IVA Pro Buildings, IVA Pro Perimeter, and IVA Pro Privacy come pre-installed, providing reliable deep-learning-based person and vehicle detection in scenes ranging from sterile zones to crowded, congested areas. Additional IVA Pro licenses (Traffic, Appearance, License Plate, PPE, Visual Gun Detection, and more) are available to extend analytics to specialized applications.

This NDE-8704-RX-H variant ships with a hydrophilic bubble that keeps the dome clear in wet weather. The aluminum housing carries IP66, IP67, IP6K9K, IK11, and NEMA 4X ratings for resistance to rain, dust, pressure washing, and vandalism, and operates from -58 °F to 140 °F (cold start -40 °F) for extreme climate deployments.
